Hinduphobia in the West: Hatred against Hindus on the rise……
ByKesh

There has been a systematic, egregious and ongoing genocide over the last 5000 years on the most ancient living civilization on the planet. Denied by the historians and untold by its victimized survivors, the Hindu holocaust is one of the biggest “crimes against humanity” in world history. Hindus have time and again suffered religious persecution in the form of forceful conversions, massacres, demolition and desecration of temples, confiscation or destruction of property, incitement to hate, imprisonment, torture, murder, destruction of universities and schools and crimes against women and children.
The most conservative estimate, given by magazines, is that 375 Hindus were killed. But first hand accounts state that more than 5000 Hindus were brutally slaughtered in the protest, and many more injured. The dead bodies were removed immediately and dumped away or put into fire
Talking to reporters, Mayor Pandey claimed that the temples, which were once integral to the community, have either been encroached or fallen into disrepair. “Decades ago, this area was home to more than 100 temples—one after every ten houses. Today, they are nowhere to be seen. Even idols are missing, and the temples are either dilapidated or occupied,” she added.
So how did the Western media get it so wrong about The Kerala Story? There are two reasons. First, the so-called liberal media in the West has a deep-rooted bias against Hindus. From the colonial era onwards, the country has been a metaphor for poverty, slums, violence, and chaos. Also, blaming Hindus while ignoring the crimes of other groups is the Western media’s default position. In January 1948, when Mohandas Gandhi was assassinated, the headline in the New York Times was “Gandhi Killed by A Hindu.”[11] Even when Indians achieve something spectacularly successful, the reaction in the West has been of snide condescension. For instance, in 2014, when India became the first nation to reach Mars in the first attempt, the New York Times published a cartoon showing an Indian farmer with a cow knocking on the door of the elite space club.[12]
As India grows as a global power, competitors seek to tear it down. China occupies a portion of Ladakh roughly the size of Kerala and covets Arunachal Pradesh. Pakistan continues to sponsor terrorism aimed at Kashmir but, as Kashmir experiences an economic and political renaissance because of the revocation of Article 370, Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency increasingly sets its sights on destabilizing Punjab.
