West votes against democracy, human rights, cultural equality at UN; promotes mercenaries, sanctions
ByKesh
The West voted against the rest of the world on United Nations General Assembly resolutions, opposing democracy, human rights, and cultural diversity, while supporting mercenaries and unilateral coercive measures (sanctions).
“The Western nations often find themselves in opposition to the majority of the world when it comes to voting on resolutions in the United Nations General Assembly. In these instances, they tend to take positions that diverge from the global consensus on important issues such as democracy, human rights, and cultural diversity. Instead, Western countries often appear to align themselves with causes that involve mercenaries and the use of unilateral coercive measures.”
